Carlo and I met in the fall of 2014 at a country themed bar in Wilmington NC on Halloween night. I was dressed like a scuba diver, and he was dressed as a priest, which I always thought was funny due to my dad's profession as a pastor. I was in college at the time, and he was in the Marines stationed at Camp Lejeune. We spent a lot of our first few years living in different places. Carlo went on multiple deployments and was transferred to California, while I moved around North Carolina before moving to New York for grad school. Finally in 2019 we ended up living in the same place in Bayonne NJ. After getting through Covid, a graduation, and a few job shifts we moved into our home at the Jersey Shore, where we live with our Husky/German Shepard mix Callie. We are so excited to officially get married after all this time, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!
