When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 23rd. This will help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no”, so we can plan accordingly.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding day is semi-formal attire. Please take this as an opportunity to dress up! We suggest a classic suit paired with a tie or classy evening wear. Please note the ceremony will be outdoors, while the reception will include a combination of indoor and outdoor settings. We ask that you avoid wearing white, dark green, or dark red as these are the colors of the wedding party.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive at The Gathering Place between 5:30 pm and 5:45 pm MST to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 6:00 pm

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony. There will be plenty of opportunities for pictures later!

Are children allowed at the wedding?

We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Can I bring a plus one?

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue’s capacity we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You’ll find the details about your party size including whether it includes a plus one on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Will there be vegetarian or gluten free options?

Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone’s dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
