Yes! A block of rooms has been reserved at WINGATE by WYNDHAM Bossier City, LA, for June 19–21, 2026, at a discounted rate for our out-of-town guests. Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Stone Barn at Sainte Terre in Benton, LA.

Will the ceremony be open to all guests?

Answer

Our ceremony will be intimate and shared with immediate family only. We can’t wait to celebrate with all guests at the reception immediately following.

What time should I arrive to the reception?

Answer

Please arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres will be served while you wait for the reception to begin at 6:30 pm.

What is the dress code?

Garden Party, specifically no black colors, as the wedding takes place in the middle of summer.

Is this a child-free wedding?

Yes—while we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration unless otherwise stated on your RSVP form.

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available. Guests are responsible for their own transportation.

The closest airport is Shreveport Regional Airport (SHV), approximately 30 minutes from the venue.
