Where in Oregon am I?

Friends and family, we LOVE YOU SO MUCH! The ceremony will be held at the Heegard family ranch (Rancho Alantro) in Cottage Grove, Oregon. Cottage Grove is 30 min south of Eugene, about 45 from the airport. We highly recommend booking flights into Eugene, NOT Portland. Portland is 2+ hours away, while Eugene airport is much closer (30 min) Cottage Grove is a very small town, but there are plenty of lodging options within the town to accommodate all of you. We strongly request that you lodge in Cottage Grove. (See travel section on website) so we can all be in close proximity! There are 50-60 rooms blocked at the Village Green Resort in Cottage Grove, and we highly suggest anyone who wants to spend some time before and after the ceremony, book there. There is also a couple other motels very close to Village Green if you don't book in time. CUTOFF FOR BOOKING AT THE VILLAGE GREEN RESORT IS JULY 3RD 2018

What will the weather be like?

Summers in Oregon are very warm! August is our driest month so it shouldn't rain (like it does the other 11 months).

Eugene airport is highly recommend instead of Portland. Trust us, we travel all the time.

What kind of shoes should I wear?
Answer
The ceremony and the reception will be on the grass so please wear shoes that won't sink :)
