Our love story began in the middle of the ocean… no, really. While most people go on a cruise to relax, eat questionable buffet seafood, and take awkward photos, we were there working. What started as shared choreography turned into late-night conversations, inside jokes in the wings, and the kind of connection that only grows when you spend months floating in the same direction, both onstage and off. Somewhere between “5, 6, 7, 8” and “abandon ship drills,” we realized there was more than just choreography happening between us. Jessica, born and raised in New York — loud, fast-walking, and runs on bagels. Kim, proudly from the Philippines — smooth moves, smoother charm, and the ability to pack an entire life into one suitcase. Together, we’re proof that love knows no boarders. We bonded over our shared love of dance, snacks from the crew mess, and judging guests’ karaoke performances. After countless ports, midnight pizza, and enough sea days to last a lifetime, we decided it was time to drop anchor, together. Now we’re tying the knot, not just for love (though there’s a lot of that), but also so we can finally live in the same country without needing a maritime contract. We're ready to swap sea legs for solid ground, ship cabins for a shared closet, and dance floors for... well, still dance floors, but this time, on land.
