Your presence truly is the best gift. If you’d like to contribute, we have set up a Newly Wed Fund on our registry. We’ll also have a wishing well for cards on the day. Please no physical gifts as we’ll struggle to get anything back to Australia.
Children are very welcome if they are named on the RSVP. If you’re planning to bring children, please let us know when responding.
Unless you’ve already told us you are bringing a plus one, the invitation is for you only. If you’re unsure, just ask.
Accommodation recommendations can be found under the Travel tab on our website. Please reach out if you have any trouble booking or need advice.
We will be running shuttle services between the venue, Letchworth and Luton. Return shuttle services will be available from 11pm onwards.
We welcome bright and colourful attire. Ladies, please avoid white or baby blue.
We’ll be serving a BBQ and catering to all dietary requirements. Just let the chef know your needs when collecting food.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the venue. As much as we would love to have our own dog there, we are unable to, so we appreciate your understanding.
Yes, there is parking available on site. If you plan on drinking, we recommend leaving your car at your hotel or at home and using a taxi or our shuttle service instead.
Please arrive at least 20–30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for parking, transport and settling in.
Parts of the day will be outdoors, so please dress accordingly and keep an eye on the weather forecast. We'll have some sun cream and brollies available to keep up with the classic British weather.
If you’re delayed, please make your way quietly to the ceremony. Ushers or venue staff will help guide you in at an appropriate time.
If you need help on the day, please speak with venue staff or one of our family members rather than contacting us directly - we'll be rather busy!
We’re more than happy for guests to take photos during the day. During the ceremony, we ask that you keep phones on silent and in pockets.
