Things To Do

NuLu

Louisville, KY

NuLu, short for "New Louisville", is a downtown district known for its local shops, restaurants and of course distilleries. There's plenty to see and explore, and we definitely recommend stopping into "Please and Thank You" for some coffee and one of their famous chocolate chip cookies!

Bernheim Forest and Arboretum

Clermont, KY

Located just south of Louisville, Bernheim Forest is one of our favorite places to visit. It features a variety of scenic trails, paved paths, and the famous "Forest Giants" sculptures.

Work the Metal

1201 Story Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206

A huge shop with an eclectic selection of decor, clothes and local finds. It's our go-to place for unique gifts and an all around fun shopping experience!

Churchill Downs

700 Central Avenue, Louisville, KY 40208

An iconic Louisville landmark. Stop by for a day of horse racing or a tour of the Kentucky Derby Museum.

TEN20 Craft Brewery Butchertown

1020 East Washington Street, Louisville, KY 40206

One of our favorite local breweries, and where we had one of our first dates. Be sure to try the pizza while you're there!

River House Restaurant and Raw Bar

3015 River Road, Louisville, KY 40207

A great dinner spot with amazing seafood and one of our favorite patios overlooking the river.

Cheddar Box Too

109 Chenoweth Lane, Louisville, KY 40207

This is one of our favorite spots for brunch or lunch. Located in the heart of St. Matthews with lots of adorable shops around.

Highland Morning St. Matthews

111 Saint Matthews Avenue, Louisville, KY 40207

Another one of our favorite local places for brunch. It has a great relaxed atmosphere.
