Zach and I came into each others lives very unexpectedly. One night a mutual friend sent me a Snapchat video of a veryyyyy cute boy dancing with a dog. I was immediately smitten. I HAD to know who this guy was. Our mutual friend eventually (after a very long week of convincing) Zach reluctantly looked at my facebook page, saw a picture of me, and agreed to message me. Neither of us thought anything would come of us talking because we were on total opposite sides of the country. He was in South Carolina and I was in Oregon but we made it work! We Face-Timed every night for the first few weeks then he asked me if I wanted to spend Halloween in South Carolina, OF COURSE I said yes. I told my family I was flying across the country to meet Zach in person (they thought I was crazy) but I went anyway and I am so glad I did. When we met in person I knew I wanted to spend my life with Zach. We spent the next few months flying back and forth to see each other and spent nights falling asleep on FaceTime with each other. In January 2016 Zach moved to Oregon to start the next chapter of our lives together. In September 2018 Zach got down on one knee on the beach in the Cayman Islands and asked me to marry him... and I said YES!
