Our travel coordinator will be reaching out to you soon to collect your flight information and help to arrange safe and reliable round trip transportation from airport to hotel and back.
You will be able to check in by 3-4 PM. Check out is at 12 PM. You will be able to use the all inclusive facilities before check in and after check out to maximize your experience.
Please download the "Hyatt Inclusive Collection" phone app. On check in, you will be able to log into the app and here you can make requests, order room service, etc. You are also able to see the restaurant menus, bar menus, day and nighttime entertainment schedules, etc. Do you need dinner reservations? The only restaurant that requires this is Hibachi. Tip: book after midnight or the morning of, as this is when many time slots will be released. There is dinner dress code that will vary by restaurant. The indoor restaurants require sneakers/tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. No sleeveless shirts or flip-flops. Long pants required for men. $USD cash tips are greatly appreciated by the staff when they provide excellent service. We recommend taking out cash before your travels, as the ATM fees are higher than average. Bring your own sunscreen! It will cost you much more money to buy at the resort. The pool and beach area is open seating with the exception of the "Bali Beds" which cost to rent per day. The open seating lounge chairs are plenty comfortable! After 11 PM, the only bar open at the resort is Desires Music Lounge & Theater Bar. Here, things get rowdy. It closes at 1 AM.
