What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi formal. If wearing a dress floor length/ mid calf preferred. Collared shirts, khaki or nice pants, and suits are welcome. There will be soft grass for the ceremony, guests may want to avoid narrow or delicate shoe styles.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

No. The ceremony is at the Gelderloos House (#20 Venus Way, Emigrant, MT, 59026) and the reception is at The 1900 (103 N Main St., Livingston, MT 59047).

Is parking available, and/or should we carpool?

Answer

Yes! At the Gelderloos house (Ceremony Place) you will be parking in a driveway/on the side street and to limit how far guests need to walk we recommend carpooling. At The 1900 (Reception Hall) TBA

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No, it is recomended to carpool or rent a car.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless your invitation says so, then assume no.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 2 pm sharp, and parking might take a little bit longer than usual. We recommend at least arriving by 1:15-1:30 pm. For the reception place time TBA.

Only if your invitation specifies so.

Is it an open bar?

Answer

Yes. There are two bar tender that will serve beer, wine, grooms drink (TBA), and brides drink (TBA).

Are photos or videos allowed during the ceremony?

No, this will be an unplugged ceremony. But it is welcomed at any other time.
