How We Met
We met as friends 10 years ago, in Perry. Many years later, we reconnected over an “SOS” post on me asking someone to fix my vehicle. He messaged me, offered to help, then I ended up buying a new vehicle. But he just kinda stuck around.
The Engagement
He asked me to marry him on Christmas. But me being me, told him he couldn’t cheat me out of the one time I’ll ever have a man on one knee and ask me to marry him. So he took me to Leo’s Seafood in Grand Rapids, MI where he got down on one knee and asked me properly.
