Anna
Maid of Honor
Anna & Jess are true soulmates! They teach math across the hall from each other, and are often seen chest bumping or having dance parties in the hallway! Anna quickly became one of Tyler’s besties as well, and one of Tyler and Jess’ favorite date activities is crashing Anna’s dates! She coaches soccer at both West High and Saint Ambrose University. She’s energetic, kindhearted, and can tell you the name of any Taylor Swift song within two seconds.
Jake
Best Man
Jake and Tyler have been friends since middle school and have been like brothers since. When graduation time came, Tyler went off to University of Northern Iowa and Jake entered his carpenter apprenticeship, but that did not slow the two of them down. Jake was Tyler's unofficial roommate at school, even getting recruited for a Frat even though he did not attend school there. Jake is always the first one to get on board with one of Tyler's trips or adventures. Tyler has always been able to count on Jake to be there time and time again and is thankful he will be right by his side for the beginning of his best adventure yet.
Bri
Matron of Honor
Bri & Jess have been friends since middle school and lived countless versions of themselves together (we’ll keep the Valentine’s Day rap of 2008 to ourselves). They spent their teenage years having a million sleepovers and eating their weight in mini muffins! Bri is a physical therapist and the best mama to her son, Jaxon! She’s the type of person who will give you the shirt off her back, brings joy everywhere she goes, and she believes ranch should be its own food group!
Mia
Maid of Honor
Mia & Jess went to elementary, middle, and high school together, not to mention being camp counselors in college where Mia met her fiancé! Their friendship goes way back to when Mia played the role of “royal mother” to Jess in their 4th grade musical! Mia is the marketing manager for a mead company in California. Jess has been lucky enough to travel to countries in Europe and Yosemite with Mia. She’s loyal, one of the most caring persons, and one of the best chefs!
Drake
Groomsman
Drake and Tyler have been friends since high school where Drake joined what is now “the (five) guys”. Baseball brought Drake into the group and is where Drake and Tyler were throwing partners. Tyler was always there to bail Drake out because he could not quite make the throw from third to first, and in return Drake was always there to hold Tyler's teeth in college (IYKYK). Drake is a supervisor at Amazon, the youngest of the group and has the best shoe game out of the five guys.
Jess

Known by many as Jess-squared, the two met in Mr. Nunn’s 6th grade homeroom. Jess was Jess’ biggest cheerleader for her first (and probably only) Marathon, but in all other aspects of life as well! She works in Chicago for Bank of America and frequently joins Jess & Tyler for Cubs games and other trips to the city! Jess is one of the greatest friends, she’s patient and kindhearted, and she can guarantee you a Chicago Blackhawks win with a Dairy Queen Blizzard!
Isaiah

Isaiah "Big Mac" and Tyler have been friends since day one of elementary school. Isaiah is by far the most social of the five guys and you can always count on him to take over the Aux and be the DJ for the night. From little league baseball to Dads club soccer and basketball, Isaiah and Tyler always ended up on the same team and have been winning championships since day one. If you need anyone to get the party or dance floor going, Isaiah is definitely the guy we call on. Isaiah is the manager of Natures Treatment and is an aficionado of THC and its helpful qualities.
Larissa

Larissa & Jess met their first year teaching at Smart Intermediate and became fast friends through their love of running, coffee, and traveling. They spent a month as roommates in East Africa, and have run countless races together! Larissa is an instructional coach, and the sweetest, most perfect mama to baby Athena! She’s always there to cheer on her friends or be a shoulder to cry on. Larissa can sing along to any 2000s emo song, survived growing up with 4 brothers, and has spent approximately 378 hours in coffee shops with Jess!
Scott
Groomsman
Scott is Tyler's older (and less handsome) brother whom Tyler always followed around as a kid. Where you found Scott, you would always find Tyler (whether he wanted Tyler there or not)! Scott has the biggest heart of anyone Tyler knows and is the first one to volunteer to help you do anything, whether that's moving Tyler from Iowa to Tennessee and back for a summer internship, or driving Tyler to the hospital after he shattered his wrist. Tyler is very lucky to have Scott as his older brother, always being a great example of how to help anyone, be a great dad, and letting Tyler follow him around as a kid. Scott is married to Cherie, his much better half, and they have three kids. Scott works for John Deere where he is a welder and Union steward and has been there 15+ years.
Emily

Emily started dating Jess’ brother, Scott while in college and has been part of the Gascho fam ever since! She works in medical sales and made Jess an auntie in October 2022. (Brayden is the most perfect two year old to exist). At the end of January, she gave Jess her first niece, Haven! (Believe it or not, Jess was able to keep the name a secret all winter!) After growing up with 3 brothers, Jess feels so lucky to have a sister in Emily! If you ever have a question that should have a quick answer from Emily, you can probably guarantee an hour long FaceTime! (Although maybe this only applies to Jess???)
Justin

Justin, while he married into the family, is Tyler's fourth brother rather than a brother in law. The Family handy man, Justin has been apart of the family since Tyler was in elementary school, but has been especially helpful since Tyler bought his house a year and a half ago. Tyler and Justin share a love for movies, especially Adam Sandler movies, and would always listen to movies rather than listen to music on road trips. From ding dong ditching as kids, to "The Better Game", Justin and Tyler have always found ways to have fun and stay out of trouble. Justin is another person Tyler is lucky to have in his life, who he can count on to be there anytime with anything. Justin is married to Tyler's sister, Amanda. They have two kids and he has been a welder for Deere for 13+ years.
Sarah

Sarah & Jess met while teaching at Smart Intermediate, and fell in friendship-love when they realized they both took notes on ‘The Bachelor’! They spend most Monday nights together using The Bachelor franchise as an excuse to see each other every week. Sarah has been there for the highs, lows, and everything in between! She’s a Teacher-In-Charge in Davenport and the best mama to Wesley (and wife to James, go bees!) Sarah is crafty, a leader through and through, and could probably sing along to any musical!
Ben
Groomsman
Ben, Tyler's brother from another mother. Ben and his family lived behind Tyler his whole life and is actually Scott's best friend, so therefore, where there was Ben, also was Tyler whether he liked it or not lol. Anytime Scott stayed the night at Bens house, papa John, Ben's father, made it a point to say only if Tyler came too. From hide and seek, wiffleball and all the games as kids to softball, bowling or puzzles and card games during Covid, Ben has always been there to hangout and teach Tyler a thing or two. Although, it's Tyler who now teaches Ben a thing or two, whether it is golf, bags or anything else, Ben still can't beat Tyler. Fun fact, Ben actually coached Tyler and Isaiah in little league baseball as a 19 year old... and got punched in the face by Isaiah for taking him out as pitcher. Ben is also the reason Tyler shattered his wrist playing softball because in his words " he hit a seed in the gap" which caused Tyler to get into the collision at Homeplate and shatter his wrist. Nobody can actually substantiate this "great hit" because everyone only remembers the end of that play! All things aside, Tyler is very grateful Ben hit that seed that day, because had Tyler not shattered his wrist he would've moved to Florida four days later as planned and probably never met Jess, so thank you Ben for that great hit, it truly changed Tyler's life in more ways than one. Ben is married to Lexi, they have one son and Ben is a welder at John Deere.
Meghan

Meghan & Jess also met at Smart Intermediate in their first years teaching! They could talk for hours and hours about everything and nothing at all. Meghan works as a contractor at the arsenal and is the absolute best mom to the cutest one-year-old, Norah! She will always show up for you, whether it’s a graduation, birthday, or moving day (and especially if it’s a breakfast or coffee date)! Meghan is an amazing friend, can fix up any part of the house, and will probably convince you to go to a concert on a school night.
Max
Groomsman
Max and Tyler both work for the same company and have known each other 6 years now. Max has become one of Tyler's best friends in adulthood, as well as neighbors. Max has been there the past six years for Tyler and has been there from the start in Jess and Tyler's relationship. Max from the beginning was brave enough to even help watch Holly, when she still hadn’t warmed up to him. He braved through the mini monster. Max and Tyler spend a lot of time playing pickleball and videogames. When Jess goes out for Bachelor Monday, Tyler goes out for Warzone Monday with Max. Max has two dogs, Peter and Carl, whom without them we might not even keep Max around.
Kevin G.
Usher
Kevin is Jess’ youngest brother, and like all of the other Gascho’s, he works with numbers. With 4 kids in the house, the youngest two were always a package deal, so it’s always a blast when we get to have Kevin over! Tyler enjoyed traveling throughout Ireland with the family and has played many many games of Euchre, Golf, and Up & Down the Ladder with Kevin!
Dalton

The man, the myth, the laugh... Dalton Johnson. Dalton has the most contagious laugh and will have you laughing all night long with his jokes. Tyler and Dalton met through mutual friends and since then Dalton has become a great friend of Tyler. Dalton and Tyler both have worked in the automotive business together and frequently talk about starting their own business together someday. Tyler is very grateful to have met Dalton, he always has a positive outlook on everything and knows how to keep you motivated. When you need a good laugh, Dalton is your guy!
Jakob
Usher
Jakob is one of Tyler's younger brothers, #5/6 in the sibling order. Jake is the computer expert, he is very tech savvy and knows his way around all computers and video games. If anyone thinks they are good at Mario Kart, think again because Jake will show what good actually is. Out of all the Masterson kids, Jake is by far the one who has the biggest heart. Kind, thoughtful and as caring as they come, Tyler is very grateful for his brother Jake and how amazing he is.
Kevin M.
USHER
The baby of the family and probably the smartest of the six is Tyler's youngest brother, Kevin. Kevin graduated from the University of Iowa recently with his Chemical Engineering Degree, got married to his better half Lexi, and is currently working on his Masters in Business Management. He works for BAE systems and is living in New Hampshire, but by the time the wedding is here he will have transferred to Cedar Rapids! Kevin is witty, smart and can get any party going. Tyler is very grateful for his youngest brother and is excited to see him and Lexi start building their life together, as well as very happy he is moving much closer to home!
