Lodging at the New England Outdoor Center We’re so excited to celebrate with everyone in beautiful Millinocket, Maine! Because the venue is a bit remote, we’ve blocked off 19 cabins at the New England Outdoor Center to help accommodate most of our guests. To make sure there’s space for everyone, we’re asking guests to team up and fill the cabins as best as possible—most cabins sleep 6–9 people, so grouping up will help a ton. The event center also suggested having “cabin captains”—someone for each cabin who can help organize their group and make sure the space is filled. The "cabin Captain" will need to first pick out a cabin from the website and call into NEOC to book the cabins, after they call in that person will be the one who holds the cabin and no other guest staying in the cabin will need to call in - the captain should be calling in and paying and the other guest can pay the cabin captain. Cabins will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so the sooner groups come together, the better! We know this takes a little coordination, but it’ll make the weekend easier (and more fun!) for everyone.
