Maid of Honor
Briah was the first friend I made when going to high school. It was the summer before my freshman year when we met, and we both played on our high school volleyball team. She was everything I wanted to be as a young woman and I always looked up to her. She always looked out for me and kept me going - even though she didn't know it. It wasn't long before we knew our friendship would last well beyond graduation. When Tristen proposed, she was the first phone call I made, and I immediately knew that I would be asking her to be my Maid of Honor.
Best Man
I first met JJ in 6th grade in Mr. Stam's Science class. In all honesty, JJ couldn't stand me when we first met - I talked to much and constantly was bothering him. I'm not sure if JJ eventually just realized how awesome I was or he just gave up - nevertheless here we are today being the best of pals. JJ and I continued through school playing high school football together and and also attended the same church with our families. We have some of the best memories together, and I know I can always count on him for whatever life throws at me.
Matron of Honor
Chelsea is the sister that I despised growing up and most likely would've traded for a stick of gum. We are 7 years apart which made our childhood difficult, but now that we're "all grown up", I can't imagine not having her in my life. She's blessed me with 2 handsome nephews and a beautiful niece and many years of laughter and love.
Groomsman
Alex is my brother - shocker, I know. Alex, like my other brothers, is a big part of my life. Growing up, he always made me laugh, and still does to this day. Everyone probably assumes I picked Alex because he's my "favorite brother" but the truth is he never comes home to visit us anymore, so I knew that if I forced him to be in my wedding he had no choice but to come back home for a little while. Can't wait to see ya bud!
Bridesmaid
Tristen introduced me to Brinkley a few years ago while we were having dinner at Jaxson's. Even though the timeline of our friendship is short, my soul feels like I've known her my whole life. She's the kind of friend that would fist fight an army on your behalf - and I think everyone deserves that.
Groomsman
Wyatt, need I say more. This guy has been my friend since Jr. High and we have been inseparable ever since. Wyatt is good with his words and will give you the shirt off of his back if it came down to it. We may not talk as much as we used to, but I always know that I can count on him if I needed help with anything.
Bridesmaid
Brandi and I met working as hostesses at Outback and have been friends for 5 years now. Other than Tristen, she's probably one of the only good things that came from my employment there. Brandi is one of the best gift givers I have ever met and is one of the most selfless people I know.
Groomsman
I first met Lance in first grade, making my first true friend. I was always at his house playing super smash on the Nintendo 64 or helping change micro jets with him and his dad. Lance took me in as a brother, and it wasn't long before I felt like I was spending more time at his house than I was at my own. Lance will always tell it to you straight - never sugar coating anything. It isn't every day that a friendship lasts as long as ours has, and for that, I'm grateful.
Bridesmaid
When I first met Courtney, it involved me knocking on her car window and her realizing that my weirdness would lead to years of friendship. She works with Tristen at the Sheriff's office and keeps both of us in line. She has always supported our relationship through thick and thin and is one of the most kind-hearted people you will ever meet.
Groomsman
Isaac has been one of my close friends in my adult life. I met him about 6 years ago through my roommate. We instantly hit it off, and he's been a great buddy to me since. He's the kind of friend that will check up on me just because. He cares about me and the things and people I care about, which means a lot to me. We've shared many laughs and have a lot of great memories, and I'm grateful to have him as a friend.
Bridesmaid
Sonya is the wife to one of Tristen's lifelong best friends. Her and I were introduced to each other back in 2019 at a mutual friend's wedding. I have never met someone who likes to dance as much me, but I was given a run for my money when I met Sonya. She is the sweetest and is always a good time whenever I'm around her.
Groomsman
Dunlap is what I call this guy. Dunlap and I have been friends since elementary school #Zolfogang. Dunlap is another lifelong friend and has been through thick and thin with me. Dunlap and I have grown up together playing football, and weight lifting, and gone on numerous hunting trips. Dunlap is as genuine as can be and will do anything for you and will always do what's right. We all need a Dunlap in our life.
Bridesmaid
Alyssa and I met after I graduated college through other mutual friends. She honestly was like the little sister I never had and I immediately took her under my wing (even though she never asked me to). Alyssa has been such a fun person in my life and she has the best personality. I'm thankful for all of our fun and crazy memories and I'm so excited to have her stand with me on our big day.
