Our story started at a church after-service event in Memphis, where Jessica was hosting and Tramain was working his photo booth. Before they ever spoke, he had already noticed her. As she came around the corner, it was her grace that caught his attention, and he’ll tell you it was like seeing an angel. Later on, Jessica walked over to the photo booth just doing her job, not thinking much of it. That’s when Tramain, bold and unbothered, said, “Oh, so you’re single, huh?”—calling back to something she had said earlier on the mic. It caught her off guard. She laughed, a little surprised but definitely flattered. Now she did think he was handsome, but she was also a little skeptical. She had never seen him before, and she wasn’t sure what he had going on. So of course, she found him on social media. What started as a follow turned into a real friendship. They took their time, getting to know each other without rushing anything. By the time they went on their first date in February, it already felt comfortable. Natural. Like it made sense. Things really shifted when Jessica helped Tramain plan an event for his nonprofit. Being around each other in that way brought them closer and showed them both that this was more than just a vibe, it was something real. Not long after, a trip to Nashville sealed it. The way they connected, how easily he blended with her family, and how smooth everything felt made it clear this was different. And it kept getting better. Stepping into parenthood only strengthened what they already had. Together, they’ve learned how to show up, communicate, and build something solid while raising their daughter with intention, love, and respect. Their love is best described as two guarded people who vulnerably fell for each other. What started with one bold line at a photo booth turned into something real, something steady, and something meant to last.
