What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow plenty of time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled before the festivities begin.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested for our wedding celebration. Our ceremony and portions of the reception will take place outdoors on grass, so we recommend choosing sensible footwear. Wedges, block heels, flats, or dress shoes that won't sink into the lawn are great options. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel comfortable and ready to celebrate!

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the venue, so there is no need to travel between events.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary parking will be available at the venue for all guests.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided to and from the Hilton Boston/Woburn. Additional details will be shared closer to the wedding date.

Is there a welcome party?

Answer

Yes! We can't wait to celebrate with everyone all weekend long. Please join us for a welcome party at the hotel the night before the wedding. We'd love the chance to relax, catch up, and kick off the festivities together before the big day.

Is there an after-party?

Answer

Yes! After the reception, we'll be continuing the celebration at the hotel. We'd love for you to join us for a nightcap and spend a little more time with family and friends before the weekend comes to an end.

Can I bring a guest or my children?

Answer

Only guests whose names appear on the invitation and RSVP are invited, as our venue has limited capacity. We appreciate your understanding.

When should I RSVP by?

Please submit your RSVP by August 7 so we can finalize our plans with the venue and vendors.

We know you're moving! Where should gifts be sent?

Answer

While our bridal shower will be held in Massachusetts, we currently live in Charlotte, North Carolina. If you'd like to send a gift, please ship it to our current Charlotte address rather than bringing it to the shower or sending it to our new home. Since we'll be flying home after the celebration and haven't moved into our new house yet, this helps ensure your thoughtful gifts arrive safely. Thank you for celebrating with us!
