Here is our list of things we would like to do while we are in Tucson! Let us know if you are interested in joining us!

Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum

This is a must do! I am very excited to show my family who has never been!

Downtown Tucson

Tour downtown on the street trolly, take a mural tour, visit the historic 4th ave and check out some local tap rooms, brewery, and bars.

Sabino Canyon Crawler

5700 North Sabino Canyon Road, Tucson, AZ 85750

Sabino Canyon Crawler a 48 passenger, open, electric shuttle that offers a narration system (headset provided) that shares details on how Sabino Canyon was formed, wild life, plant life, and historical information. Two different shuttle tours offered. Sabin Canyon Tour- a 7.4 mile narrated tram ride up Sabino Canyon. Allow for one hour round trip. Bear Canyon Tour- a 2 mile tram ride to the Bear Canyon and Seven Falls trailhead. Seven Falls is a moderately difficult 8.6 mile hike with multiple river crossings. Allow for 4 to 6 hours round trip. Hours Open: Sabino Canyon 9am to 4pm (hourly) and Bear Canyon 9:15am to 4:15pm (hourly). Arrive at boarding area 15 min before departure. Boardings occur at Sabino Canyon Visitor Center 5700 N Sabin Canyon Rd. Prices: Adults $15 Sabino Canyon and $8 Bear Canyon *onboarding prices $8 Sabino Canyon and $5 Bear Canyon onboarding is a one way hop on fare (ride down only) when space is available.

Sabino Canyon Trail/ hike to waterfall

Seven Falls moderate difficult hike 8.6 mile hike 4-6 hours round trip, Blacketts ridge shorter option hike. Sabino Dam has a swimmining area. Can take a tram then hike to swimming holes :Hutches Pool and The Crack.

Old Tucson

Built in 1939, Old Tucson is a renowned film set and family theme park. This beautiful desert setting has been the filming location for hundreds of classic western films and tv shows. The studio opened its doors as a theme park in 1960 and continues to welcome guests for a variety of immersive and theatrical experiences, special events, and tours.

Mt. Lemmon

Scenic points- Windy point, rock climbing, Summer Haven- Cabins, general store, restraunts, ski lift (summer for view points)

Pinnacle Peak

We plan to eat here one night! Has a steak house, is built like an old western town, has a nightly show, several old fashion stores.

When my kids were little there were only 3 animals (Ostrich, goats, and Lorikeets) to feed. Now they have all kinds of things! Lets all go as a family and then get an Ostrich egg to cook for breakfast the next day! So much fun!
