Residence Inn Boston Marlborough

If reserving a room via phone for our wedding, use group code "ORW"; a room block is available for Saturday night. Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Contact the property in the morning to see if early check-in is available. There are 2 entrances to Charter Oak. One is through a residential area, and the other is through an industrial-looking area. If arriving by car, guests can be dropped off under the porte-cochere. Cars can be left overnight in case you have a little too much fun and need to use the shuttle back to the hotel. ;)

Shuttle between Hotel and Venue

A fashionable school bus will be running between the Residence Inn in Marlboro and Charter Oak Country Club. The shuttle will be leaving from the Residence Inn at 4:20 and will arrive at the venue around 4:35/4:40. It will return to Charter Oak at 9PM and make several round trips back to the hotel until the end of the event.
