Cocktail Attire is preferred. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) so please keep that in mind when it comes to layers and footwear. Cocktail attire is not as formal as black tie attire (formal suit or floor-length gown) but is more formal than casual attire (jeans and a t-shirt).
The venue has a large parking area onsite free of charge.
We are doing a carving station buffet. There will be 2 choices of meat with plenty of sides to choose from including salad. The caterer will be onsite to answer any allergy/diet questions you may have.
For dinner we have a vegan option that will be kept away from all animal products. Just ask the catering crew for the vegan option and they will bring it out to you. This option is a roasted quinoa and sweet pepper dish, There will also be fresh fruit and salad as well.
Yes! We have an open bar set up for the wedding with 2 signature cocktails, beer, wine, and soda/water. Since it is an open bar we encourage those partaking in drinks to tip the bartenders. They accept cash and cash app tips. Please drink responsibly.
Tobacco and Nicotine products are allowed onsite. Normal smoking/vaping rules apply. No smoking is allowed in the ceremony area or reception building. There are designated smoking areas around the outside of the reception hall with cigarette receptacles.
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be at the same venue, River Road Venue in Anna, TX. We wanted the wedding day to be as stress-free as possible for both the wedding party and guests.
Yes we do. We have set up a preferred Honeymoon fund. However, we also have added a couple of physical gifts to the registry in case you want to go old school. Both options can be found under the registry tab on this website.
We understand that children are a gift. That is why we are happy to have children 10 years or older to attend. We chose to not include children under the age of 10 due to liability reasons. We also want our adult guests to be able to enjoy the ceremony without interruption and, be able to let loose during the reception. Please keep in mind that we are not providing childcare for guests.
