Can I bring a guest?

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited.

Are children invited?

Answer

Unfortunately this party is for adults only. While we love your little ones, we kindly as you leave them at home. We encourage you to use our wedding weekend as a mini getaway and enjoy a date night out and have fun!

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Make sure to RSVP “yes” or “no” on our website located under the RSVP tab. Please respond by August 27th, 2025. This allows us to give our vendors and venue the correct count prior to the wedding.

Are there hotel room blocks available for guests?

Yes! All information regarding hotel accommodations can be found under the TRAVEL tab.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We have hired Leatherstocking Trolley Company to provide rides to our venue, as well as drop off ride back to the hotel. Pick up/drop off times will be shared soon! Pick up location: Best Western of Cooperstown hotel

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our lakeside ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, our reception will be underneath a beautiful sailcloth tent. While the tent will provide plenty of coverage, much of the day will be spent outdoors to enjoy the property and play lawn games-weather permitting—so we recommend dressing comfortably and keeping the forecast in mind!

What is the dress code?

Semi-Formal / Cocktail Attire Our wedding will take place in the early fall in beautiful upstate New York, and while the September days are typically pleasant, the evenings can get a bit chilly—especially once the sun goes down. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay cozy as the night goes on.

Should I wear comfortable shoes?

Answer

This one’s for the ladies! Yes, absolutely! Our venues property is mainly gravel/grass. You don’t want your pretty little stilettos sinking into the ground! (Thick heels, wedges, fancy sandals are recommended.)

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

No cash needed here! The bar will be an open bar from the start of cocktail hour to the last song played at the reception. The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you!
