10:30 am - 11:30 am
What to wear: mountain casual, bike/hiking gear, PLEASE bring layers for unpredictable weather.
This remote spot is special to Jess and Taylor, as this is where Taylor first said "I love you" to Jess. It also happens to be the top of one of their favorite mountain bike rides. After exchanging vows, the couple plans to descend the trail via bike. We are encouraging those able and willing to hike/bike up to do so. This will require an early start to arrive by 1030 am. There's plenty of free camping close to the Browns Creek Trailhead that would be a great option for Thursday night. For those not biking, getting to the ceremony destination requires an off-road capable (*4WD vehicle with clearance). The road is rocky and exposed and we encourage only those with proper vehicles and off-roading experience to attempt the drive. Due to limited/no actual "parking", we have to limit the number of vehicles. We will match drivers and passengers to try and get as many guests up as possible. For those unable to attend, we will be recording the ceremony.
6:00 pm
Garden/Beach/Mountain Attire: anything you're comfortable in, plan layers for possible weather. Heels will not play nice with this outdoor venue.
Please join us for an evening of fun with dinner, music, booze, cake, cupcakes, dancing, bonfire, and other shenanigans. -The Martin property will be available from Thursday- Monday for those wanting to camp: bring your own van/trucklyfe rig, RV, tent, cot, sleeping pad/bag, etc. Please be aware of bears in the area and do not leave food/trash out! The elevation of the property is just under 10,000 feet above sea level, getting acclimated in Denver is a good idea for those concerned. - Food will be BBQ themed. We are roasting a pig and chickens and will have veggie options as well. Beer, wine, and tequila will be available on Saturday. Please bring any additional alcohol you'd like and plan for water/food for the rest of the weekend. -A tent will be set up near the barn and restrooms will be available throughout the weekend. Bring your own solar/portable shower or use the hot springs. -If you would rather not camp, we have a list of other options in the accommodations tab.
