What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Ladies, you can skip the evening gown and wear a cocktail dress instead! Dressy jumpsuits, rompers and separates are also appropriate semi-formal wedding attire options. Gentleman, the formula is super simple: a suit with a button-down shirt and dress shoes. A blazer and slacks works too! Finish your look with a standard necktie or bolo tie! Please keep in mind that the ceremony and reception will be outside for your footwear decisions!

What is the weather like in September?

Answer

September is a transition month. The month is dry and the daily temps are usually very pleasant with highs in the low 80s and 70s. Occasionally an early fall storm moves in to bring chilly weather. Valley snow is very rare in September.

Are there Uber/Lyft drivers?

Answer

How do I get to/from the Glacier International Airport (FCA) ?

Plane's touched down, you're ready to go! Your options to get around include car rental, taxi or hotel shuttle. Car rental: We recommend Dollar Car Rental, which has a location just north of Glacier Park International Airport. Since the rental car pick up isn’t within walking distance of the airport, the shuttle is on site when every flight lands. Hop in, and you’re off! In Montana, the roads are not built for high volume traffic. Montana is still rural America and the public infrastructure is not what it is in a metro area. If you’re coming from a large city with widespread public transit, be aware that it will take some planning to get around in Montana.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love your kids, we really do, but we prefer that the kids stay at home for this party. We understand that it is a long way from home for most of our guests and finding sitters for your kids may present an issue. Let us know if this is the case and we will work to accommodate your young ones at the wedding. Some kids will be invited, in which their names will be listed under your RSVP group.

What about Glacier National Park Shuttles?

Answer

To Glacier National Park: There are cheap ($5-10) shuttles that travel from Whitefish, Columbia Falls and Kalispell to Glacier National Park. It’s advisable to research ahead of time. Tickets must be purchased in advance for the Whitefish shuttle.
