Is the resort All-Inclusive?

Answer

Yes! The resort fees paid are fully inclusive of alcohol and food. There are multiple restaurants onsite for you to choose from. Additionally your all inclusive rate covers dining at the sister resorts. Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, Pueblo Bonito Rose. Pacifica is adults only, rose is family friendly and has a roped beach area that is for guests or the resort only on Medano Beach!

Can I Visit the Sister Resorts?

Answer

Yes! There are free shuttles you can schedule in advance to take you and bring you back from the sister resorts. Pueblo bonito Rose has a swim able beach and roped beach area for use by guests of the resort.

Kids under 5 are free, how much are kids over age 5?

Answer

Kids ages 5-11 = $50 a night, Juniors ages 12-17 = $70 a night.

When is the very last date to book rooms utilizing the discount code?

Are we able to cancel hotel reservations if needed?

Answer

Guests room cancellations can be made up to 21 days prior to arrival and will be fully refunded, cancellation MUST be made before 5 pm local time (MST) and a written cancellation confirmation must be received. Any reservation cancellation made 20-0 days prior to arrival will be charged a 1 night fee.
