Wedding Party

Aubrey Marvel

Matron of Honor

Aubrey and I have known each other since meeting on Silver 10 at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania in 2010. We then both went to the CCU where people would say that we were not allowed to work together because those days always end up as disastrous days as nurses! Although we no longer live a few miles from eachother and we don't work together, we still find ways to share a few bottles of prosecco, game night, and many laughs. The Marvel family has become our family!

Kelly Johnson

Bridesmaid

Kelly is my younger sister! We have shared many home video tributes to "old time rock&roll", have run multiple half marathons together, and now both work at Christiana Hospital! Kelly played basketball from the time she could walk until she was in college and we always had a fun time growing up and traveling to watch her play! Don't be fooled though, she's actually shorter than me! (Although she would disagree)

Kaitlyn Johnson

Bridesmaid

Kaitlyn is my youngest sister and the baby of the family! We share a love of working out at OTF, having the same jeep in different colors, and pretty much all things Disney! Kaitlyn actually worked for disney after college and our grandmom would tell people she was a character! She wasn't...she was an athletic trainer!

Laura Moreines

Bridesmaid

Laura and I met at new nurse orientation at HUP in 2010! It was by chance that we ended up meeting in that large class of new grads since we did not work on the same floor! Our friendship was meant to be and 4 years later, I was a bridesmaid in Laura's wedding. Although Laura has moved from Philly to Pittsburgh, and, for now, Connecticut (thanks Jared), we've remained best friends!

Fiona Johnson

Flower Girl

Fiona is our niece! She's already been more places then any other 4 year old we know! She has lived in Tacoma, WA, Delaware, and now Massachusetts! Fiona has had a passport since she was 2 and has already been to Ireland and the Caribbean! She recently became the best big sister to her new brother Finn! She has a love for Vampirina and wants to wear a purple dress!

Jack Marvel

Ring Bearer

Jack is the MOH Aubrey's son! Jack and I share a love of funny Snapchat pictures together and he loves playing hide and seek with Steve! He likes to call us "aunt jess and uncle 'teve" but we prefer to be the cool couple that tells him to just call us by our names! Steve and I actually have more pictures with Jack and his sister Leah then we have with their parents!

Adam Kirsch

Best Man

Friends like Adam don't come around very often. Since high school, Steve and Adam have been inseparable. From those humble beginnings at Sallies trying to figure out how to become better fishermen, they have had the chance to get into (and get out of) trouble around the country and globe forming an iron friendship that can't be broken. Although life doesn't allow all that much time together, they have remained steadfast as best friends and make every opportunity count.

Chuck Floyd-Jones

Groomsman

They say Kings Point is a great place to be from, but not necessarily a great place to be. In retrospect, there is some truth to that, but some of your best friends come out of shared, often miserable, experiences. Chuck and Steve helped eachother make it through college, and despite taking different paths, they regularly make time to get together. Whether that be a sail, a trip to Grand Isle, or a quick round of Southsides, any time that they are together will be a good one.

Michael Antonelli

Groomsman

Mike, like Chuck, is a fellow Kings Pointer. Steve and Mike spent a lot of time at the firehouse in Great Neck, where their friendship began after discovering they were both from the greater Philly area. After graduation, Phillies games (and K Lot tailgating), Delaware beach days (and sunburns), as well random daytrips in the Greater Philly area all played a part in strengthening that friendship.

Kyle Connelly

Groomsman

Kyle and Steve have that special kind of friendship that crosses the line as family. They have known eachother since before they can remember knowing eachother. A solid golfer, Kyle will often invite Steve to come along for a round, even though that may only be so he doesn't double bogey those Par 4's alone. If you want a good story at the wedding, ask him about Steve's first meeting with Captain Morgan.
