When should I arrive?

Our ceremony begins at 6:00 PM, and we kindly encourage guests to arrive by 5:30 PM. This will allow time for parking, seating, and getting comfortable before the ceremony starts.

Is there a dress code?

We envision a beautifully dressed celebration — not black tie, but elevated and refined. Guests are encouraged to wear dresses, jumpsuits, or slacks with a dress shirt. The ceremony will be held outdoors on grass, and the Arizona warmth will join us, so please dress comfortably while keeping the elegance of the evening in mind!

We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding — we’re so excited to share this special day with you!

Please note that this evening features assigned seating, and we have carefully arranged the seating chart for the guests on the invitation. We kindly ask that you do not bring any unexpected guests, as seating and meals have been planned in advance to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Our wedding will be an evening for adults to unwind and celebrate with us, with only the children of our immediate family in attendance. For safety reasons, including an open pool without a gate, our venue is not child-friendly. We kindly ask that parents make arrangements to leave their children at home. We truly appreciate your understanding. We hope you’ll enjoy a night out filled with love, laughter, and a few glasses raised to forever!

Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. We reserve and pay for each guest’s seat in advance, so timely updates help us avoid unnecessary costs and wasted meals. Your communication truly helps everything run smoothly, and we appreciate it so much!
