WEDDING MENU DETAILS!
All food is served cold because there is no way to keep it hot on the boat! Let us know if you are gluten free or have another food allergy. Our caterers can make accomodations!

Apps:
  - Moroccan grilled shrimp skewer with orange pomegranate sauce
  - Ginger beef satay skewer with cilantro scallion dipping
sauce
  - Marinated mushroom skewer with olive, roasted pepper &
mozzarella with pesto dipping sauce

Entrees:
  - Lobster roll, fresh maine lobster, trimmed buns, and aioli
  - Grilled chicken pesto sandwich with arugula and charred red bell peppers on sliced, crusty french baguette
