Colorado in June can be variable! Typical temperatures range between mid 60's to upper 70's. While it does not typically rain in June, there may still be snow caps on the mountains. Evenings in Colorado can get chilly, and the venue is outside so please dress and plan accordingly!
In the travel tab I have provided two different hotel options in Carbondale. Both hotels are 13 minutes from Reception site. Many of our guests have also had success finding places on Airbnb. The nearest towns to Carbondale are either Glenwood Springs (about 20-30 mins away) or Basalt which is 15-20 mins away.
For the wedding day - we will provide transportation to Ceremony site (Maroon Bells). There will be a party bus that will take you from the Reception site to the ceremony site. There are very limited parking permits available so you will not be able to get to Maroon Bells driving individually unless you drive to a location near by and pay for the public bus to get access in. Party bus will leave PROMPTLY at 1PM.
While we love the little ones, if the children are not added on invite then they are unable to attend. Due to space restrictions we had to be mindful of who we could allow to attend our event.
Due to parking permit restrictions we are providing a Party Bus for our guests. This means you must be at the Reception (1122 country road 102, Carbondale CO) at or before 1PM. The drive from Carbondale to Maroon bells is about 45-50 mins. The ceremony will begin at 2:30 PM. The party bus will pick up guests at 4PM to head back to the reception site.
The ceremony is at the Maroon Bells Amphitheater, this venue is outside, bench seating is provided. The Reception site is actually located at an Airbnb. The address is 1122 country road 102, Carbondale, CO. This venue is outside as well, with access to indoor restrooms.
Once we arrive back from Ceremony (close to 5PM) we will begin 'Happy Hour' We will serve snacks and drinks. Dinner will begin at 6PM.
While we wish we could accommodate everyone, unfortunately due to space limitation we are unable to provide plus ones unless indicated on invite at this time.

YES! There will be an Open Bar from 5-11PM.
Formal attire is required. This is NOT a black tie event, but please dress in your best! The bride (me) LOVES photos and plans to get a ton of them :) No jeans, sneakers etc.
We have decided that we will not have a registry. If you would like to provide us with a gift, we would love and appreciate honeymoon funds! We are honeymooning at Sandals in Jamaica in December 2025!
