Matron of Honor
This is the most wonderful sister and Matron of Honor a girl could ask for! She has been superwoman helping me through this planning process, and keeping me on track! Thanks sissy!
Bridesmaid
Courtney (Jo Jo) is the most incredible sister-in-law. We bonded over our love of health, Snapchat, helping others, and allowing me to be the unofficial third wheel to her and my brother! Over the years we have become more like blood sisters than in-laws.
Bridesmaid
Brittany was one of the first real friends I made when I moved to Memphis freshman year of college. She has been an amazing friend and sorority sister ever since!
Bridesmaid
Rachel and I met in undergrad through our Emerging Leaders Scholarship program, but became super close as sorority sisters! As my front, Rachel and kept me going, and is still loving and supportive today.
Bridesmaid
Mia and I met sophomore year in high school through our leadership development program. We instantly became "twins," and bonded on the fact we shared purple as our favorite color and how silly we both were.
Bridesmaid
Victoria and I first met as teammates while serving in City Year, and served as team leaders together the following year. We bonded over hip hop music, eating her mom's spicy jerky for breakfast and catching "catfish."
Bridesmaid
When Mica and I first met in high school, I told her we would be best friends one day. I don't think she believed me, but she laughed and said okay. We called each other FBF, future best friends. Now FBF has a new meaning, forever best friends.
Bridesmaid
Tarissa and I met while serving with City Year Columbia. I was her team leader. We weren't supposed to hang out and become friends, but we snuck and did it anyways! She made waking up at 5 am for work much easier.
Best Man
Brandon (Ace) and I met back in elementary school, but we became close in six grade English. We share many of the same interests such a love for anime, a love for drawing, video games, and anything physically competitive. We are always there when the other is in a pinch
Groomsman
I met Brandon Bell through Jessica. We shared an interest in comics, video games, martial arts, and movies. We also worked together for a few years, and with him it was stress free and fun. We still laugh about our work experiences together.
Groomsman
Destin and I met in sixth grade English class. He was drawing anime characters (much better than me) and we began discussing them. We became really close in eighth grade through our mutual friendship with Brandon Bragg. We three still get together to this day.
Groomsman
Jarius (Bush) and I met during senior year of high school. He was visiting his cousin at the shop I was at and he and I started discussing music. I found out that he was a talented production artist, rapper, and graphic designer. He and I shortly started a recording music together afterwards.
Groomsman
I met Gene through Jessica’s brother, Byron. Gene came over to play video games, a day I was also at their house. He and I started hanging out more, and we spent a lot of time discussing documentaries, martial arts, life, and gaming.
Groomsman
I met Van through Gene. Van and I shared and extreme passion for hip-hop and hip-hop culture. He and I started a burger log together. We would search for the best burger in Knoxville, film our experience, and discuss music at the end. We also recorded an album together, and are working on another soon.
Groomsman
Charlie and I met in six grade through something that we called the Pain Club. Jackass was really popular at the time, and Charlie and I would do the most stupid stunts just to see who had more guts than the other (I won). Now, we usually get together every Wednesday and shoot pool.
Groomsman
Andrew and I met in first grade through his sister Miranda. Andrew was always drawing, building, and designing things in which I had a great interest. We became attached at the hip all the way through freshman year of college, and still hang out today!
