Question
Is the ceremony indoor or outdoor?
Answer
We currently plan to have our ceremony outdoors and our reception indoors, so please keep that in mind when choosing your attire. If the weather takes a turn for the worse we will move the ceremony indoors

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 1st to ensure we can include you on our special day

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend arriving between 5:00 and 5:15 PM to ensure you are seated by the time our ceremony begins

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We kindly ask that you wear formal attire to our wedding. Men should wear dress pants and a button up with a sport coat or suit jacket. Women should wear cocktail, tea, or floor length dresses.

Can I bring a date?

All guests invited to our wedding will be listed on your invitation

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We request that children not listed on the invitation remain at home so that guests can enjoy their night without worrying about their children

Please contact us before the RSVP date with any required accommodations so that we can make proper arrangements

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is plenty of parking at our venue. However, overnight parking is not allowed and a sheriff will be present to ensure everyone leaves safely. Please arrange for a designated driver or ride share

Where is the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony is a short ways from the parking lot. After parking walk up the walkway to the right of the reception hall. The ceremony will be to the right in front of the lake.

What time should I go home?
Answer
We will have a grand exit at 11:25 PM so that clean up can begin. Guests should take their leave shortly after. All guests must be off property no later than 11:45 PM

When will we eat?
Answer
Dinner will be served at 7:30 PM after the first dance and parent child dances. There will be charcuterie at cocktail hour to hold everyone over until dinner.

Will you be serving alcohol?
Answer
We will have an open bar at out reception and cocktail hour. Wine, beer, and cocktails will be served by Jess and Sean’s favorite bartenders at their regular bar. Tips are appreciated.

Is there a theme?

There is no theme for dress but bright spring and summer colors are encouraged

What shoes should I wear?
Answer
Whatever shoes you feel best in! Guests will not be required to walk through grass but there will be turf at the ceremony site.

Can I take photos?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests do not take any photo or video at the ceremony. Our talented photographers will take plenty! We encourage guests to take photos at the reception using a QR code we will provide day of. Photos taken with this code will be uploaded into a gallery that is made available to all guests at the wedding.

Do you have a registry?
Answer
Since Jess and Sean have already established a home together we are instead asking for a contribution to the honeymoon. Our registry can be found here on our website
