FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by June 15, 2026. This helps us finalize all the details to ensure a smooth and wonderful celebration. We appreciate you responding by this date!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only, and we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. This includes children only if they are specifically invited. We truly appreciate your understanding as we keep our guest list intentional and meaningful.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM so you have plenty of time to get seated before the ceremony starts promptly at 4:00 PM. Guests arriving after the ceremony begins will be asked to wait until it concludes before entering. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to keep this special moment uninterrupted.

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses, elegant summer dresses, or dressy separates. For men, dress pants with a collared shirt are perfectly appropriate—no need for a full suit, though you’re welcome to wear one if you’d like. Since it’s August and likely to be warm, we encourage light, breathable fabrics to stay comfortable. Kindly avoid wearing white, and as a heads-up, the bridal party will be dressed in dusty blue and navy.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

While we can’t predict the exact weather, August in South Florida is typically hot and humid, with average highs in the upper 80s to low 90s. Don’t worry — the ceremony space has plenty of shade.

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception be taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are at the same venue.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, so please prepare for warm weather. Cocktail hour will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, and the reception will take place indoors.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will head off for photos nearby — this should take about an hour. In the meantime, guests are invited to enjoy cocktail hour, complete with drinks, appetizers, and outdoor games to keep things fun while we get those just-married shots!

Question

Where should guest park? Is parking free?

Answer

Yes, parking is free for all our guests. When you arrive at the gate, simply proceed to the left — you'll find open parking available nearby. Signs will help guide you, and we'll make sure it's easy to find your way!

Question

How do I get to the wedding?

Answer

We will be providing shuttle transportation for guests staying at the Courtyard Marriott. The shuttle will pick up at 2:45 PM and depart promptly at 3:00 PM, so please be on time! If you're unable to take the shuttle, you’ll be responsible for your own transportation to and from the venue. Please drive responsibly. For the return trip, the shuttle will make two return trips back to the hotel starting at 8:00 PM and the last departure at 10:00 PM.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony — it will be unplugged so our photographers can capture the moment without distractions. Please keep phones and cameras tucked away until cocktail hour, when you're welcome to snap and share away! Don’t worry — we’ll be sharing all the beautiful professional photos with our guests after the big day.

Question

Can I post pictures from the wedding on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests wait to share any photos or videos from the wedding until after we’ve made our first post. This way, we can share the moments we’ve carefully captured and create a special experience for everyone. Thank you for helping us make our day even more memorable!

Question

Where should I sit?

Answer

At the ceremony, the first two rows will be reserved for immediate family. Beyond that, seating is open and available to all other guests. For the reception, there will be designated seating, and a seating chart will be displayed on the big day to help you find your spot easily.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Heck yeah! We’ll be offering a full open bar featuring wine, beer, and select spirits to keep the good times flowing.

Question

Can I smoke on the property?

Answer

Yes! There is a designated smoking area by the fire pit, complete with benches for your comfort.

Question

Are pets allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We love our furry friends, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the venue. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can still join us for the celebration!

Question

What time does the reception end?

Answer

We’ll be making our grand exit at 9:45 PM, and our vendors will begin breaking down promptly afterward.
