When should I RSVP by?
Answer
For both the wedding and the welcome party, please RSVP by March 8, 2025.
Question
What happens if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
We will send reminders to RSVP as our deadline approaches. Please make sure to send your RSVP before so that we can include you in our final head count to our vendors. If you do not RSVP in time, we will miss you, but we likely will not be able to accommodate you at our event.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
While we adore all the little ones in our lives, due to guest count restrictions, we kindly ask that our celebration be for adults and children over the age of 10 only. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can join us in making this day extra special!

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
To help us manage our guest count, we kindly ask that only those who have received a ‘plus one’ bring a guest. You will see if you have received one when you submit your RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Is there a dress code?

Yes! Our dress code is cocktail attire.

Will the wedding be outside?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outside on the lawn, if the weather allows. Ladies, keep this in mind when selecting your shoes! In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors. If the weather is nice, cocktail hour will be downstairs in the barn and flow out onto the patio. The reception will be on the second floor of the barn.

What color are the bridesmaids wearing and is it okay if I wear the same color?
Answer
The bridesmaids will be wearing green. Feel free to wear whatever color you like, as long as it's not white!

Is there parking available?
Answer
Yes, there is ample parking on-site. Please access the main entrance at 12617 Old Falls of Neuse Road where you will be directed where to park.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, the drinks are on us! There will be a selection of beer and wines, as well as a couple specialty cocktails.

I have dietary restrictions, will I have enough to eat?
Answer
We’ll have plenty of options to accommodate various dietary needs! Guests can inquire about ingredients with team members as they come through the buffet.
Question
Can I leave my car overnight?
Answer
Yes! If you need to leave your car for any reason, you may do so. Just be sure to pick it up the next morning to be respectful of any events taking place at the venue the following day!
