We're getting married!!!!!

As many of you know Saliba is one of the owners of Pinegrove deli. The week that Jessica and Saliba met, Jessica was on the hunt for the best burger of Jacksonville. Living in the area years ago she had known about Pinegrove, so she decided to go in and get one of their burgers to see if they were a good contender. On Monday, Jessica went into the deli to get lunch for her office and Saliba was putting together some other orders. They both quickly noticed one another and immediately began to smile at one another which lead to talking and flirting over the counter. Saliba was such a gentleman he even helped bring the orders out to her car. That same week Jessica went back two more times to place lunch orders for the office and they smiled and flirted with one another. The following Monday she went back in a fourth time and while Saliba helped carry the orders out to her car he finally asked her if she would like to go for a walk sometime! Jessica got Saliba's number and texted him that night after work. Because we were in the midst of the beginning of the Covid pandemic, normal dates were not a thing. They spent hours that night texting novels back and forth. The following day Jessica decided to run the bridges in Riverside and mentioned this to Saliba. Saliba had just gotten out of the deli and so they decided to go ahead and take that walk. Jessica and Saliba spent every day since then with one another. And that's how burger boy was born!

For their one year anniversary they decided to go on a weekend trip to the Biltmore in North Carolina. Unknown to Jessica, Saliba had a big plan to propose. He went and got the ring prior to the trip and called the Biltmore once the trip was planned to set up a romantic evening for the first night they got there. The day they left for their trip Saliba was a big ball of nerves, in a mere several hours he was about to ask the love of his life to marry him! Once they arrived at the Biltmore, while Jessica went to the room Saliba spoke privately to the maitre d' to get the set up at dinner confirmed. Once back in the room he jokingly made a big deal about anyone going into the nightstand drawer, almost giving away the big surprise! At dinner, a bottle of nice champagne and bouquet of flowers was set on the table to set the mood. Just before dessert was served, Saliba pulled the ring out and got down on one knee and proposed! Jessica said yes of course! And so the wedding planning began!
