We are limited to 25 rooms under our wedding block. It is a first come first serve basis. You will still be able to book rooms if blocked rooms are filled and availability is still at hotel. After July 27th, 2022 you will no longer be able to book inside of our room block at the discounted rate. *Check-In time is at 4:00 pm - If you wish to check into your room prior to the wedding you will have to request early check in for your booked rooms. *Check- Out time is at 12:00 pm

Shuttle

Shuttle drop off will only be provided at the end of the evening for all our guests staying at the Double Tree Resort Hotel. Driver will make multiple drop offs from venue to hotel at the end of the evening starting at 10:00 pm.
