What time should I be there?

Answer

Ceremony begins promptly at 5pm. We ask that you arrive between 4:30-4:45 to allow for ample time to settle in your seats.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask you come in formal/semi formal attire. Color scheme includes navy, slate gray, powder blue, and light sage. No pressure to wear those colors. Suits for men & gowns or elegant cocktail dresses for women. We ask no sneakers, tee-shirts, shorts, polos, club dresses. Dance floor is shoe optional or spare change of shoes for dancing is perfectly acceptable!

Transportation/Parking?

Answer

Both hotels offer free parking but do not offer a shuttle to the venue, so independent ride arrangements should be made from your accommodations to the venue. The suggested means of transportation is either opting to rent a car at the airport or Uber/Lyft to and from destinations, but there will also be plenty of self-parking at the venue.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will be primarily indoors, but the venue has a lovely patio for guests to enjoy.

Weather is pleasantly warm and breezy in April with average highs of 78 and lows of 55.

In order to finalize with vendors we ask that you let us know if you are able to attend by April 5, 2024.

Should I bring my children?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we will not have special accommodations or childcare for young children. We hope the advance notice allows you to plan accordingly and enjoy a fun night off celebrating with us!
