We are so excited to celebrate with you!

We met in high school after being set up between mutual friends. Ricky's best friend brought him along when I was helping him one day and instantly tried to play matchmaker. After getting my number, we were both hooked. Although we were young and definitely had our ups and downs, we knew from the beginning that we were both in this for the long run. We can't believe that almost 7 years later we will be husband and wife!

Ricky had an entire photoshoot set up and made it look like we were chosen for a "styled couples photoshoot". For anyone who knows us well, we love to do photoshoots to capture precious pictures over the years. I was so excited to get what I thought was a free shoot and have a chance to make more memories. Once we got to the shoot, we started taking pictures in one area and shared lots of laughs. Fun fact: A family walked by and asked if we were taking engagement pictures, you can imagine Ricky's face. We then changed outfits and went to a new location, it was beautiful and secluded from the rest of the trails within the area. The photographer had us turn our backs to each other to "test the lighting", once I turned around Ricky was down on one knee and asked me to marry him! As if that wasn't perfect enough, we then walked up a hill to a small nook where Ricky had all our pictures hung up in the trees and a bottle of champagne to celebrate. We were then celebrated afterward with a surprise dinner of family and friends at one of our favorite restaurants. A true fairytale!
