Anything Pastel! Love So Sweet, It’s Practically Pastel!
Look sharp, but remember: Spain gets hot. So unless you want to see us sweat more than you do, dress stylishly but comfortably. Bonus points for sunglasses and flamenco moves.
If it’s summer, think “sun, siesta, sangria.” Spring and fall? Still nice enough to pretend you’re on vacation. Pack sunscreen unless you want to glow like a tomato.
English for sure, unless at the bar, then we expect 'dos cervacas grande please'
No plus-one, but think of it this way: more cake and champagne for you (and me)!
Taxis and rideshares are just a tap away. Or practice your “olé” shout — it might get you a ride!
Arrive 30 minutes early-ish — Spanish time is flexible, but you don’t want to miss the good stuff (and the free food).
Oh yes. Prepare your stomach for tapas, feast, and enough wine to make you question your dance skills (spoiler: they’re awesome).
Cash is king here (because we like to pick our own stuff), but if you bring a heartfelt gift or killer dance moves, we won’t complain.
Spanish weddings go late. Like, REALLY late. Pace yourself, bring comfy shoes, and be ready to dance till the rooster crows (or at least till you’re exhausted). And yes, there will be plenty of “olé” moments.
