We do have a room block at the Staybridge Suites. The link is provided under the travel tab on our website.

Is transportation going to be provided?

Answer

If you stay at the Staybridge Suites, there is a shuttle service provided to and from the hotel. Sign up is mandatory at the hotel to determine how many shuttles/trips are needed.

If you choose to drive your own vehicle to the venue, there is a free parking lot on site available.
