Shuttle

We will have a shuttle to and from the Hard Rock hotel to the wedding venue. We highly encourage you all to take the shuttle so you can fully enjoy the open bar and cut out any stress driving on those windy mountain roads! Parking is easy at the Hard Rock if you want to still take advantage of the shuttle but are in a neighboring hotel or Airbnb. Shuttles leaving the Hard Rock at 3:30pm and 4:00pm. Shuttles leaving the venue at 9:00pm and 10:00pm.

One of the bigger of the casinos in South Lake Tahoe and walking distances to several restaurants and shops. Don't forget to use the hotel block code! Only an hour drive to South Lake Tahoe! Major airlines include Alaska, American, United, Delta, and Southwest.

Sacramento International Airport

Roughly a two hour drive to South Lake Tahoe depending on traffic. Serves all the major airlines and smaller ones too.

Rental Cars

We highly encourage rental cars to get around to the many great hiking trails, parks, and to take in the overall beauty of South Lake Tahoe. You can still manage with Uber/Lyft but we recommend getting a car.
