It's finally happening!

In June of 2019 Patrick surprised Jess with a very last minute trip to Cabo. His reasoning behind this trip was to get away from their new puppy, Cleo. Jess didn’t think anything of it because she did all of the planning for the trip after she found out they were going. The first day there was great. They went on a private boat trip and they went out to an amazing dinner. The second day they spent the day at a cabana by the pool and that afternoon they had a couples massage booked. They were on their way down to the spa when Patrick stopped and said to her “you’re going to get a massage alone. I’ll meet you upstairs when you’re done.” That’s when she knew. Her heart was racing. She texted a couple friends freaking out and then went to get her massage. It was the longest 60 minutes of her life!! After the massage she went upstairs and walked into a room filled with everything she had saved in her memory box from the past 3 years. Kygo was blasting and you best believe she was crying her eyes out. She found a note that said someone was picking her up at 7:00 so she rushed to get ready. Her hands were shaking so it was hard to do her makeup but when 7:00 rolled around and she heard the knock at the door she was ready to go. A nice man from the hotel walked her down to the beach and there Pat was. He looked at her and said “do you feel like you’re on the bachelor” and oh yes she did. He then took her hand leading down to the beach, which was covered in rose petals, said some words that made her smile ear to ear, and then got down on one knee. She said yes!!
