Jess and Noah’s story began on November 7th, 2019. A week prior, mutual friends who worked together at the local bar at Indiana University were talking. The date party and Jess’s name were brought up in conversation, to which the friend came home and showed Noah a picture of Jess. He quickly reached out to a mutual friend for Jess’s number to ask her to his date party. Jess was hesitant at first since she had never met this guy, but ultimately decided what’s the worst that can happen? Upon meeting a connection instantly formed. Noah and Jess could immediately be themselves and they spent the night laughing, joking, and dancing. The relationship quickly progressed and continued, spending lots of time together and getting to know each other’s friends. During covid, Jess and Noah spent their quarantine together at Indiana university, where they knew they were completely compatible to live together one day. Going on long walks, making breakfast together, and drinking lots of wine. After covid, reality sunk in. Jess had plans to move to NYC and follow her career goals which wasn’t in the cards for Noah (at the time). The two mutually parted ways which was much harder than they thought it would be. After a few months of nonstop thinking of each other and feeling like the split was the wrong decision, Noah visited NYC to see Jess and things picked up right where they left off. Noah made a plan to move to NYC and a year later, he did. (With lots of back and forth visits in between the move.) Their story picked back up in NYC - Covid life turned into city life with taking taxis to dinner, lots of late night pizza, and morning walks to get coffee and bagels. Alongside NYC life, Jess and Noah love to travel - on their most recent trip together is where Noah proposed in Positano, Italy. They spent the night of their proposal drinking wine, reminiscing of their memories, and talking about all the great things the future will hold. Our story proves “when you know, you know”. And our love for each other grows everyday. We can’t wait to celebrate our story and our marriage with all of you on September 6, 2025!
