As much as we wish we could have everyone with us at our ceremony site, it's too small to accommodate. The ceremony is for the wedding party, immediate family + aunts and uncles only. A live streaming link will be given out closer to the wedding day.
Our reception starts at 2pm sharp. Plan on giving yourself 20min to drive to the reception site. The Bride and Groom will arrive at 1:45pm. We can't wait to share the day with you all!
Snappy Casual: Sundresses, dressy jumpsuits, slacks, suits in lighter hues and/or short-sleeved button downs. The grass can be pretty soft as well, so maybe rethink stilettos.
Our Reception is taking place in our backyard and looks very similar to the watercolor painting on this back of this website!
You can expect temperature highs around 75-80 degrees fahrenheit and lows around 40 degrees Fahrenheit in September. It's a very comfortable month, but can get smokey if the fire season (July-Aug) is really bad.
The address of our venue is 555 Bald Rock Rd, Kalispell Mt 59901. Unfortunately we cannot provide transpiration. Transportation will be needed in general for our trip, as Uber is not reliable in our area.
YES! We have plenty of parking for our guests. It will be clearly marked once you pull into our driveway. Parking will be a short walk to the reception tent and golf cart will be available for guests that need additional assistance.
Yes! Our reception is in our backyard and there is plenty of room for little ones.
We're currently working on nailing down our final menu. Alcohol will be available but will be Beer and Wine only!
Yes! Beer and Wine Only!
Our reception ends at around 7:30/8pm. At this time we plan on having the afterparty in Whitefish. We have an Airbnb on the main strip and plan on ending the night bar hopping in this area. There are plenty of Airbnb's within Whitefish and the ones closest to us and our venue can be found under the " All Things Travel" tab.
September is a perfect time of year in Montana. It's considered a shoulder season, and has less tourist than any other time of year. Whitefish was just listed as "The Most Walkable Town in Montana" for 2022. Nick and I have our Honeymoon Suit booked in Whitefish on the main strip Sept. 14-Sept 17th. Please visit our "THINGS TO DO" tab for a complete list of activities and surrounding area information.
