Question

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes. We kindly ask that all guests submit their RSVP by the requested deadline. Guests who have been invited will already appear in our RSVP system. If you are unable to add someone to your RSVP, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests. Seating, catering, and event planning are based on confirmed responses. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee accommodations for guests who do not RSVP by the deadline.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our guest list has been finalized. If a guest has been included in your invitation, they will be available to select when you complete your RSVP. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those included in our RSVP system.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes! We look forward to celebrating with guests of all ages. During our first dance, children ages 2–6 will participate in a brief supervised activity in the cocktail hour room while special effects are used for our first dance. They'll return to the reception immediately afterward to continue celebrating with us.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We encourage guests to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony to allow ample time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before the ceremony begins.

Question

What if I arrive late?

Answer

While we understand that travel delays and unexpected circumstances can happen, the ceremony doors will close promptly once the processional begins to ensure an uninterrupted ceremony for all guests. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, we kindly invite you to enjoy cocktail hour until the ceremony concludes. We look forward to celebrating with you at the reception!

Question

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

Answer

Yes. We kindly invite you to be fully present as we exchange our vows. Please silence your phones and refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We have an incredible photography and videography team capturing every special moment, and we promise to share those memories with you. Your presence means the world to us.

Question

Will there be assigned seating?

Answer

We will have a combination of reserved and open seating. Guests with reserved tables will be directed to their assigned seating. All other guests are welcome to select any available seat at a table that is not marked Reserved after checking in with the Reception Welcome Team.

Question

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes. Dinner will be served during the reception.

Question

Will there be a hosted bar?

Answer

Yes! Cocktails, beer, and wine will be available throughout the evening for your enjoyment. While beverages are our treat, gratuities for our hardworking bartenders are always appreciated.

Question

Can we share photos on social media?

Answer

Absolutely! We'd love to see your favorite moments from our celebration. Please tag us and use our official wedding hashtag: #TheWrightGala2026 While we welcome photos and videos throughout the reception, we kindly ask that guests refrain from going live or livestreaming any part of our wedding day. Thank you for helping us keep these moments special.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Question

Will transportation be provided from the hotels?

Answer

Answer

Complimentary parking will be available at both venues.
