Great hike with an excellent view. Parking is in a residential neighborhood. The hidden caves leave a huge impact on anyone who visits. One of our favorite hikes in the area. Note that there is a point at the end of the hike where a small ladder is used. Very kid friendly.
Great beach with public parking. We used to live a block away from Ponto beach and spent many mornings walking or surfing at this beach. Fish 101 is a few blocks south and a great lunch stop for a beach day.
The father of the groom (Pierre) is the head Chef of the Park Hyatt Aviara. We highly recommend his restaurant Ponto Lago in the Hyatt. The food and drinks are incredible. Ponto Lago is not only the father of the grooms creation but the Hyatt has employed our best man Matthew as well as our beautiful maid of honor Michelle. This location has housed many unforgettable birthdays, fourth of Julys and special events for us.
An Amazing local Fish restaurant, lots of variety! Great for lunch or dinner. They do take out and have two locations in Encinitas. Our favorite go to lunch date location. We lived in apartments just a few blocks away.
Great Mexican food right near the water, one of the Davis families favorites. Good for lunch or dinner. The margaritas are excellent and the beach front location is gorgeous.
Another great beach! Note that parking is either paid in the parking lot or free street parking which is first come first serve. This beach is next to a local Mexican restaurant, Las Olas.
