Don't forget your passport! Please double-check to make sure your passport does not expire before May 18, 2024, as you will not be permitted to travel within 6 months of an expiration date. Can I stay at a different hotel and show up on your wedding day?

Answer

Due to hotel policies, all guests must stay at the hotel where the wedding is being held. Thank you for your understanding.

Should I book my Stay or Flight first?

Answer

The hotel fees will stay at a set price and will not fluctuate. With that being said, the best thing to do is to book your flight as soon as possible to secure the lowest price guaranteed. You will have until September 1st, 2024 to pay for your stay in full.

When should I book by?

Answer

Please book the resort by Sunday, September 1, 2024. It’s also important to book your rooms as soon as you know you can attend, so the couple isn’t scrambling to get things together at the last minute. Be kind, book early!

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we welcome children to be a part of our special day! We understand that family is important, and we want everyone to be able to join in the celebration. However, we kindly request that children be kept under control during the wedding ceremony and reception. For those who may prefer a bit of time without the little ones, there is the Playroom at Moon Palace The Grand --Cancun. This room is a world of wonder filled with amazing activities. Here, the younger guests are kept engaged and entertained, while always under the guidance of their trained staff. This way, parents can enjoy the festivities knowing that their children are in good hands. (Ages 8 and up only may be here without adult supervision. Open from 9 am- 10 pm) We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to celebrating with you and your entire family!

Is there anything that’s not included?

Answer

Although tips are technically included in your resort package, you’ll want to bring some 1’s and 5’s for the bartenders and servers taking care of you throughout your stay. Any additional excursions or spa treatments are also not included and some excursions can be paid for with a credit card at the hotel. (Please note all Xcaret excursions need to be purchased directly through the Xcaret website. Linked in "Things To Do")

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We will be sending out a color palette for the day of our wedding in our formal invitations.

It can vary. It averages high 80's/ low 90's during the day and high 70's at night.

The bride and groom understand not everyone will be able to make the trip. Just be sure to let them know as soon as you can.
