If you are allotted a guest, it will say so as addressed on your save the date. Save the dates will be addressed to the persons invited to the wedding. Invitations are not addressed to persons invited as I sent them in a mass email. So go back and find the email with the save the date.

Can I bring my kid(s)?

If your kids are invited to the wedding, their names will be included as addressed on the save the dates and invitations.

Will there be paper save the dates and invitations mailed to guests?

Nope! All save the dates and invitations will be sent via email, so check your emails!

Is the wedding outside?

Yes, weather permitting. Ceremony and cocktail hour are outside, reception is inside.

Will there be a hotel block?
Answer
Sort of; we have a discount code with the Saint Paul Hotel. There is no room block, so reserve your room early, as is based on availability. The discounted rate is honored 3 days before and after the wedding. When booking online, go to www.saintpaulhotel.com and then in the below fields enter the following: Date Range Drop down for Rate Type – choose “I HAVE A CODE” & then Group/Block Enter the group code in CODE - 91623FABIE Search Guests can also call 800-292-9292 and ask for the NEUMAN – FABIE WEDDING RATE Otherwise, if you are unable to book a room, there are plenty of other hotels in the St. Paul area, and you will be responsible for finding your own lodging. Try airbnb! :)

How do I RSVP if physical invites won't be sent?

Right here on our Zola website! Go to the RSVP section of the site, you may have to click “next event” to get from the ceremony to the reception. There is where you can type in your name to RSVP for you and your party. Tip: if you can’t find your name you usually go by, try your full given first name.
Question
Will transportation be available to and from the hotel?
Answer
There will be a shuttle going from the Saint Paul Hotel to the venue from 2PM-3PM, and then from the venue back to the hotel from 9PM to 12AM. It will depart from the front entrance of the hotel. There will be another shuttle available 10 PM-12:30 AM to bring guests to the Intercontinental St. Paul Hotel or the Saint Paul Hotel from the venue. Please note that the first shuttle mentioned is strictly to the Saint Paul Hotel. The second one can go anywhere. So if you don’t make the first shuttle to the Saint Paul Hotel, don’t worry! You can use the other!

Do I have to pay for parking?

Not at the venue, but The Saint Paul Hotel is $32 to park overnight, and subject to change.

The Saint Paul Hotel has no more availability, what do I do?
Answer
We are currently working on getting a secondary accommodation option, otherwise you are welcome to book any hotel as there are numerous in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area. Airbnb is also a good option.

I didn’t get an invitation but my partner/family/spouse did?
Answer
Don’t panic! Refer to your save the date email for persons invited to the wedding. I simply didn’t address each individual invitation, but if your name was addressed in the save the date email, you are invited! You are probably lumped in together with the person in your party, who received the email with the invitation. You will still be able to find your name under the RSVP section in the wedding website, if you are invited.
