Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If a plus one is extended, it will be listed as so on the formal invitation.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses (nothing too short please!), and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie, or dress shirt and dress pants. NO JEANS please!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception will be held at Historic Rosemont Springs. The address to the venue is 30 Rosemont Manor Ln, Berryville, VA 22611. Please be aware there are two venues on the same property, our venue is the barn style property.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving beverages.

Is there a wedding theme?

Answer

We do not have a specific theme. Our color scheme is very neutral and soft, ivory, champagne, blush, peach, sage. However, please feel free to wear whatever colors you would like (besides WHITE and RED of course)

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Please arrive on or before 4:30 PM.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

With our big families, we welcome the little ones! While we want everyone to enjoy the day, please make sure kids are being looked after and cared for. We will also have a kids station to have an area where they can play.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Food and drinks will be served at the reception. We will have a full open bar and a few American cuisine choices for our guests. We will have vegan/vegetarian options.

Where can we share photos?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #ToHeathAndToHold so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Where are the nearest hotels to the venue?

Answer

Berryville, VA is a small town right outside of Winchester. The closest hotels will be either in Winchester VA, Leesburg/Ashburn VA, or Charles Town WV. If you're planning to explore more of Northern VA and DC after the wedding, Leesburg (and surrounding area) will be a bit closer.
