The dress code is formal attire, which means you have flexibility in your attire. Guests can choose between cocktail dresses or suits, and more formal options like full-length gowns or tuxedos are also welcome.
Our ceremony and reception will both take place indoors. The wedding ceremony will be held at St. Jude Catholic Church, followed by a 20-25 minute drive to our reception venue on the 16th floor of The Petroleum Club of Shreveport.
We recommend arriving at the church 10-15 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will give you ample time to be seated comfortably and ensure a smooth start to our special day. Following the ceremony, we'll be heading directly to the reception to continue our celebration.
We warmly welcome children, but we kindly ask parents to consider the nature of our wedding. Our celebration includes an evening Catholic mass ceremony, which runs approximately one hour, followed by a late-night reception. We recommend assessing whether your children will be comfortable with the extended and late-running event.
We ask that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. This allows our photographer to capture the best moments without distractions.
We have secured one convenient hotel blocks for our guests, which you can find detailed under the Travel tab. Please note that while we've arranged accommodations, we will not be providing transportation to the ceremony or reception.
Guests can enjoy complimentary parking right across the street from our venue, and we'll also offer convenient valet service for the reception to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival.
