The dress code for the ceremony and reception is Semi-Formal: Suits and gowns are welcome, and so are slacks, dress shirts, and cocktail dresses.
Please arrive at 5:45 pm, 15 minutes before the ceremony. To allow for adequate time to prepare the venue, please avoid entering the ceremony space until 5:45 pm. Guests arriving after 5:55 pm may have to wait until after the bride's entrance to find their seats.
Unfortunately, due to space limitations at our venue, we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one. All invited guests are specifically named on the invitations. Thank you so much for understanding!
Due to space limitations at our venue, we have decided to have an adults-only wedding. This was a difficult decision as we have many children and teens in our families whom we would love to celebrate with on this day. All invited guests are specifically named on the invitations. Both the Ceremony and Reception are at the same venue - The Downtown Market. The Downtown Market has parking available for a fee of $6/hr (max $24). However, a more affordable lot is directly across the street at the McConnell lot (max $10), which we recommend. Additionally, there is street parking nearby (free after 6PM). A shuttle will also be available for both arrival and departure (see below). If you prefer to drive, we recommend car pooling to the venue if possible.
Yes, there will be shuttles both to bring guests to the Ceremony and to return guests to the hotels. At ~5:25pm and ~5:40pm, a shuttle will leave the Courtyard hotel to bring guests to the Downtown Market. Later in the night, continuous shuttle service will start at 10:00pm and last until 12:00pm, bringing guests from the Downtown Market back to the Courtyard Hotel.
