This is the resort we'll be staying at and have our wedding ceremony. It is preferred if you stay on property so that we can visit throughout your stay. You will need to purchase a day pass to the resort for our ceremony if you choose to stay at a different property. The hotel does not offer a group rate or blocks on rooms, though you can book directly with them if you choose. You can book through a third-party like Expedia or you can work with the travel agent listed below. She does not charge extra for her service and can provide you with a quote on an air, hotel, and transfer package. You can purchase this through the travel agency or look for your own policy via Google. Note: This is an adults only, all-inclusive resort. Children are not permitted on the property. Flight

Cancun International Airport (CUN)

You will need to clear Customs & Immigrations when you land. You will then pick up your baggage and should proceed outside to meet your driver. There are timeshare people in the exit hall that will try to help, but are really just trying to sell you something.

Travel Note

Transportation

It is about a 35 minute ride from the airport to the hotel. If you book through the hotel's website directly and are staying a minimum of 5 nights, free transportation is included. You need to arrange with the hotel at https://en.valentinmaya.com/transfers Private or shared transfer are the other options. I have used USA Transfers in the past, but several options can be found online.
