Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

31 October 2025

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, there will be no kids allowed at the ceremony, canapés or reception.

Question

I've never been to Kasouga, I don't know what to expect, any suggestions?

Answer

Kasouga is a tiny and relaxed holiday village on a farm, with access to a beach. So bring your walking shoes and cozzies - you can walk around the farm, or take a long walk on the beach (mind the cows and the wild buck). All houses and the beach are in walking distance from one another. There are no shops in Kasouga; please do your shopping in Port Alfred or Kenton. There is a Woolies and a Spar at Rosehill Shopping Centre in Port Alfred, and a Spar in Kenton. If you're looking for a great coffee, try out Bike & Bean in Port Alfred or the original M&M in Kenton. If you're looking for a brekkie spot, try out Hand Made Coffees - Roastery & Bakery or Motto in Port Alfred, or The House Planner in Kenton. For lunch, try out Jerry's, Pizzarella, Stanley's or Sand Bar in Kenton.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We expect lovely weather in April. It should generally be sunny, but being the Eastern Cape, it could be breezy. Be sure to bring a warm jacket for the evening. The ceremony and canapés will take place outside. The reception will take place in a marquee.

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is smart casual. No jeans please. Sneakers are welcome. Ladies, we suggest block heels or wedges. Bring your sneakers for when we hit the dance floor!
